Olivier Leflaive's Bourgogne Blanc Les Setilles

Olivier Leflaive Bourgogne Blanc Les Setilles - The Royal Wedding Wine

Bargains in Burgundy are few and far between, but if there ever were one, it would be this.

Olivier Leflaive's Bourgogne Blanc Les Setilles is made from vines grown in Meursault and Puligny Montrachet which have been bumped down the classification to a simple Bourgogne, but what an extraordinary wine it is. Hardly surprising then, that this was the wine used at the Royal Wedding.

We couldn't resist also getting the 2015 Montagny 1er Cru which is also exceptional value: a mere £25 or so for a 1er Cru White Burgundy is practically giving it away.
