Abruzzo

Abruzzo

Abruzzo is located in southern central Italy with an Adriatic coast. For reds the region is dominated by Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, a variety which can produce very satisfying, rich wines at great value and they are justifiably popular. Elsewhere you can find super white varieties such as the very fashionable Pecorino and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, also known as Bombino.
